Cancellation Policy
When canceling an appointment, please allow at least 48 hours before the appointment or the cancellation fee will be applied. Booking multiple services and only receiving one results in a cancellation if cancelled within the 48 hour window.The available time has been blocked off meaning someone else cannot book. That is considered a no show. Please allot the time needed for the entire appointment. I can be flexible but communication is key to help me serve you ✨ Late fees will be charged. 10$ after 5 minutes. This can also mean canceling the appointment. Deposits and incurred fees are NOT refundable. Thank you for understanding 💚💗
